Professional Plumbing Company looking to hire a plumbing office dispatcher in charge of dispatching/scheduling work orders and daily office tasks involved in running a plumbing company. Will work hand in hand with the owner and office staff to ensure company business strategies and sales are properly implemented.

Daily tasks will include working directly with different warranty companies in generating work orders, scheduling work orders and dispatching technicians ensuring each technician is properly dispatched and assigned to correct work area.
Tasks will include answering customer calls , emails , taking customer payments, and providing appropriate estimates and scheduling each customer as needed.
Duties will include keeping track of inventory, ensuring all invoices are properly turned in and conducting follow up calls and email to warranty companies and technicians as needed. Will also be in charge of order plumbing parts as needed. Duties will include pulling permits and follow ups on permits.
Candidate must be able to work well with others and have professional customer service skills and knowledge.
Must utilize and become familiar with company software.
Position requires keeping up with and adapting to new changes that Warranty companies and industry requires, including continuous training, keeping up with new information within the industry.
This position requires knowledge of warranty companies and how to obtain proper authorizations , as daily tasks will be to obtain authorizations from warranty companies ensuring smooth business operations. Tasks will include invoicing of each job and following up with field technicians.

Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
