HVAC Technician/Field Supervisor

As a key part of our Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning team, you will provide services and repairs to our client’s homes, utilizing top-quality company-provided training. If you have an excellent attitude, strong work ethics, are highly technical, 4 years experience in service, enjoy helping others solve their problems, and are willing to learn new things, then we would love to hear from you!
As a Field Supervisor you will maintain technical competencies of yourself and Technicians by actively participating in trainings and meetings. Assist the Service Manager in performing 1:1's with Field Technicians. Assist Service Manager in conducting ride-alongs for technical evaluation. Work alongside technicians and dispatch to ensure overall success of the department. Educate on technical questions and troubleshoot customer concerns, ensuring the highest level of satisfaction. Assist in onboarding new Field Technicians. Maintain duties as a Field Technician. All with the goal, after a proven track record, of advancing into a management position.

Qualifications:
· 3-4 years minimum HVAC experience
· Must possess a valid Driver's License with minimal issues
· Must be able to pass a drug and background check

Pay: $72,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
