Due to our continued growth, we are seeking a dedicated, hardworking and reliable individual to join our team as Licensed Plumber or a License Plumber Apprentice. Our core work values are centered on integrity, accountability, punctuality, and respect. We are committed to providing exceptional plumbing work to our clients. Our primary work is New Construction, Residential and Commercial. However, we do occasionally fit in service calls within our schedule. Our company does offer competitive pay, paid holidays, work shirts, a work vehicle (based after a probationary period and only for License Plumber), a work phone and a plumber’s apprentice (only for a License Plumber) to assist you with the jobs.
Responsibilities but not limited to (depending on your job title)
· Ensure quality and efficiency in all work performed
· Collaborate with management, contractors and other trades to ensure seamless project execution.
· Ability to read and interpret schematics accurately
· Maintain accurate records of all work performed, materials used, and project progress
· Adhere to all safety and code requirements.
· Maintain van inventory and maintenance
· Inspect jobs areas prior and after completion of each work
· Ensure all areas are clean after each work completed
· Installing, maintaining and, repairing plumbing systems
· Provide daily direction to assigned apprentices on job sites and actively participate in training and development of apprentices.
· Follow the Company’s policies and procedures, which are subject to change.
· Inspect and maintain plumbing equipment.
· Ensure the plumber’s van is clean and always organized.
· Prepare work areas and ensure tools are available.
· Assist licensed plumbers with installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems.
· Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions closely
· This position requires both physical and mental stamina to perform manual labor tasks.
· Maintain a positive attitude
Qualifications
· Must have a high school diploma or GED
· Must have a valid Plumbers License or a Plumbers Apprentice License with the TX State Board of Plumbing Examiners.
· Must have 1 year to 2 years’ experience in New Construction, Residential and Commercial plumbing work.
· Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation until you are provided with a work vehicle.
· Must have a clean driving record
· Must bring your own hand tools which would include the following: tape measure, pliers, crescent wrench (S, M, L), Screwdriver set (to include Phillips and Flathead #1 and #2), hammer, impact drill, Sawzall/Hackzall or equivalent and, your own bits ect.
· The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be a self-starter with a strong work ethic, and live in South Austin.
Working Conditions:
· Work may be performed indoors or outdoors, depending on the project.
· Exposure to various weather conditions
· May be required to work in confined spaces and heights.

Schedule:
· Monday through Friday (8am to 5Pm)
· Weekends (as needed)
Work Location:
· In and around the surrounding area of Austin
· Some out-of-town travel with overnight stay is to be expected at times.
