Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a motivated, dynamic, leader to join our Maintenance team. Based in Richmond, Virginia, we manage properties in the Greater Richmond Tri-cities area and Tidewater Virginia

As a maintenance Tech, a professional image, customer service, and work ethic is a must This position requires good organizational & communication skills. It will also require an individual who is courteous and have a good range of technical and repair skills (i.e. electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, drywall.

Job Functions

Must have and maintain a valid driver's license

At least 5 Years of direct property maintenance experience

Must have good computer skills

Must Have HVAC certifications and experience...

Must be familiar with HUD Housing Quality Standards

Position reports to Maintenance Supervisor.
