Liberty Tire Recycling is the premier provider of tire recycling services in the United States and North America's market leader.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Trouble shooting and root cause determination of electrical/mechanical related system issues, and repair of the same in a timely and quality manner.
- Inspects, repairs, replace and install, sensors, actuators, controllers, electric conveyers, conduct systems, switches, etc.
- Building and process equipment includes but not limited to motor controls, electrical and breaker panels, industrial shredders, conveyor systems, lighting, alarm systems, dust aspiration, preventive maintenance work orders, etc. from 120-480 volts.
- Will also be working with low-voltage systems, PLCs, Soft Starts, and VFDs.
- Ability to lift 50lbs -75lbs
- Requires walking, lifting, prolonged sitting/standing/bending/kneeling and the ability to work in cramped/confined spaces.
- Industrial maintenance mechanic work on, but not limited to, conveyance system, gear boxes bearing, greasing, air system, and vibrating tables.
- Must have an understanding and experience in preventative maintenance programs.
Education/Skills/Experience
- Licensed certification
- At least five years as a lead electrician in an industrial environment
- Must be able to read electrical blueprints/wiring diagrams
- Self-motivated/starter and able to function independently with minimal supervision
- Must have excellent organizational skills and be able to articulate the problem with a suggested solution
