Marlin Mechanical is looking for highly qualified plumbing foremen for work in the Phoenix Metro area.

A New Construction Plumbing Foreman has extensive experience running new construction plumbing projects. A qualified candidate will be capable of taking a set of plans, designing plumbing systems, pre-fabrication details and manage a job and crew from the underground phase through top-out completion. All Team Marlin foremen are working foremen, as capable of using a pipe wrench as a clipboard. Experience running apartment, hotels or other multi-unit projects a preferred.

Qualified applicants will have:

- Experience running new construction plumbing projects from underground through top-out

- Experience reading plans and designing plumbing systems

- Clean recent driving record

- Own hand tools and work boots

- Documentation proving legal authorization to work in the United States -- We E-Verify

- Ability to pass initial drug test and random drug screenings

Persons in this position will be expected to lift 25 pounds regularly and 50 pounds or more on occasion. This position also consists almost entirely of work in outdoor weather conditions, including in the summer. Power tool use is a must, so qualified applicants will be at least 18 years of age.
