Summary: To provide diagnostics, repair and installation of residential and commercial heating and air conditioning systems following company standards and providing the customer with a exceptional service experience.
Responsibilities
- Completes service contracts, quoted projects and demand service calls while maintaining long-term relationships with customers and properly communicates work performed to the customer's satisfaction.
- Proficient in operating hand tools, power tools, gauges and measuring equipment.
- Proficient in diagnosing HVAC system performance through observation, testing and setup as required
- Performs disassembling and reassembling of commercial or residential HVAC equipment to perform installation or routine maintenance.
- Posses a clean driving record and safely drives a motor vehicle as evidenced.
- Purchases materials and issues purchase order numbers to suppliers.
- Proper maintenance of service equipment, tools, and inventory stocks
