Seeking two (2) selling service plumbers. Looking for the top 1% in the industry. Must be self-motivated and the best of the best. 5 Star service on every call. Must be a master communicator. Minimum of at least five (6) years running residential service work for marketed leads, not warranty for new construction or home warranty work. The minimum revenue requirement for this position is $840k in annual revenue (70k a month). Must be an expert communicator and have the ability to clearly communicate all options to homeowners in regard to all home plumbing needs an repairs. Must be an expert on plumbing repairs and replacements. We are busy, we have plenty of calls. Full benefits package, 40% 401k match. $50k start bonus is real and will be in writing.
