Atlantic Coast Restaurant & Mechanical Services, a leading provider of refrigeration solutions in Florida, is seeking a dedicated Refrigeration Technician to join our dynamic team. As a Refrigeration Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing refrigeration equipment for various clients, including major restaurant chains across the State of Florida.
Duties:
- Conduct routine maintenance on refrigeration systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and repair malfunctions in refrigeration systems, including HVAC units.
- Interpret schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Perform equipment repairs and replacements as needed.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to calibrate and adjust system components.
- Drive company vans to service locations efficiently.
- Collaborate with the field service team to provide timely solutions.
- Handle appliance repair tasks related to refrigeration units.
- Support property maintenance by addressing refrigeration-related issues promptly.
- Must speak English & Spanish
- Must be familiar with coolers/freezers & Ice Machines.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as 5 yrs Refrigeration Technician.
- Strong understanding of refrigeration equipment.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics and technical documentation.
- Ability to perform equipment repairs and conduct preventive maintenance.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; van driver experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of boil systems and property maintenance practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
