We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven General Manager to lead our team. The ideal candidate will provide strategic direction, operational oversight, and effective leadership to ensure the success and growth of our HVAC business.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategic Leadership:
- Drive initiatives to expand market presence, increase revenue, and achieve sustainable growth.
Operational Management:
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Optimize operational processes to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
- Ability to act as back-up for Estimator to evaluate and price out jobs.
Financial Management:
- Develop and manage budgets, financial forecasts, and performance metrics.
- Implement cost-effective strategies and revenue-generating initiatives to achieve financial objectives.
Team Leadership:
- Provide inspirational leadership to a diverse team, fostering a positive and high-performance culture.
- Mentor and develop staff, promoting professional growth and succession planning.
Client and Stakeholder Relations:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and key stakeholders.
- Address client concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies for business growth.
Quality Control and Safety:
- Implement and maintain rigorous quality control measures to uphold industry standards.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety within the organization.
