## Overview
We are seeking a skilled Field Manager to oversee construction projects and ensure their successful completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and field service, with the ability to lead a team effectively.
## Duties
- Manage and supervise construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and other personnel to maintain project schedules
- Assemble and lead a team of workers, delegating tasks and providing guidance as needed
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot issues and ensure quality workmanship
- Oversee heavy lifting activities and ensure safety protocols are followed
- Estimate construction costs accurately and monitor project expenses
- Utilize HVAC, plumbing, and power tools expertise to support project requirements
## Experience
- Previous experience in construction management or a related field
- Strong understanding of construction estimating and project management principles
- Proficiency in using power tools and equipment
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to perform heavy lifting tasks as required
