## Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Plumbing estimating manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plumbing estimating and project management. This role involves overseeing the estimation process, negotiating contracts, and ensuring cost control measures are in place.
## Responsibilities
- Manage the construction estimating process from start to finish
- Negotiate with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients to secure competitive pricing
- Visit construction sites to assess project requirements
- Collaborate with the construction management team to develop accurate estimates
- Monitor project costs and implement cost control measures
- Review and analyze project plans and specifications
- Prepare detailed estimates for labor, materials, and equipment
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors
## Skills
- Proficiency in construction estimating techniques
- Strong negotiation skills
- Knowledge of construction site operations
- Ability to price projects accurately

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $82,500.00 per year
