Duties
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems.
- Repair or replace defective equipment, components, or wiring.
- Troubleshoot HVAC systems to identify issues and provide solutions.
- Conduct regular inspections of HVAC systems to assess their performance.
- Collaborate with clients to explain issues and provide recommendations.
Qualifications
- 10 or more years experience as an HVAC Technician
- Proficiency in HVAC/R systems, mechanics, plumbing, welding, and refrigeration.
- Knowledge of property maintenance practices.
- Ability to maintain and repair equipment effectively.
- Experience in field service and using tools like ohmmeters.
