ARE YOU A GOOD FIT FOR THIS HVAC CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE JOB?
You'll rock a part-time, seasonal gig with us, sometime between Tuesday through Friday from 3 AM to 7 PM, and Saturdays from 8 AM to 4 PM. Perfect for soaking up the sun and still making some green. As an HVAC Customer Service Associate, you'll start the day with a smile, picking up calls and chatting with our awesome customers. You'll handle some scanning and copying, coordinate with vendors to keep our HVAC heroes on track, and even dash out for office errands. It's all about keeping our team humming and our customers cool. If you can do this and meet the following requirements, you might be a perfect fit!
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with dispatching, ServiceTitan, or customer service is preferred but not required.
