**HVAC Technician**
**Overview:**
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems in residential and commercial properties. **Responsibilities:**
- Install HVAC systems following blueprints and manufacturer specifications
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems
- Diagnose and repair HVAC system issues
- Conduct regular inspections of HVAC systems
- Ensure compliance with all safety and health regulations
- Provide excellent customer service during service calls
- Keep accurate records of work performed
**Skills:**
- Experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role
- Proficiency in reading schematics and blueprints
- Knowledge of refrigeration systems
- Ability to operate tools such as ohmmeters effectively
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Experience in property maintenance or appliance repair is a plus
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (Van driver experience preferred)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
