**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join our team. The Field Service Technician will be responsible for providing on-site maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair services for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in low voltage systems, electrical work, HVAC/R, and be proficient in reading and interpreting schematics. The role requires the ability to analyze and diagnose issues efficiently, work with equipment such as Ice Makers, Walk-in Coolers/Freezers, Reach-in Coolers/Freezers, Open Merchandisers.
**Responsibilities:**
- Conduct on-site installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues in a timely manner
- Perform preventative maintenance tasks to ensure equipment reliability
- Collaborate with clients to identify their needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times
- Document service activities, including repairs and parts used
- Provide training to clients on equipment operation and maintenance best practices
**Skills:**
- Proficient in low-voltage systems
- Strong electrical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
- Experience in field service operations
- Familiarity with HVAC/R systems
- Ability to read and interpret schematics accurately
- Excellent analytical skills to diagnose technical issues effectively
- Comfortable working with high voltage equipment
