we are looking for full-time position handle maintenance services in our apartment and houses in kc mo
must have transportation with valid DL
experience with work orders and make ready houses and apartments
assist with grounds keeping in the property
light plumbing repairs
light electrical repairs
paint
replace locks
appliances installation
repair broken windows
flooring repairs
HVAC repairs experience it a ++
Must be available to assist in after-hours emergency situations
need to own basic tools, including power drill.
