**Role Overview:**
As a CustomerCare Representative, you'll be the voice of Ameda, Inc., supporting our customers with compassion and professionalism. You'll manage consumer orders, back orders, and shipments. Communication will be through phone and email
**What You'll Do:**
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and courteously
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Maintain customer records and update information in the database
- Order Management: Place and manage orders for warranty replacement parts and assist with consumer orders when our website is down.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, and issue resolution
- Support: Provide back-up support for business customers as needed.
- Documentation: Collect and document all customer interactions in compliance with FDA regulations.
- Continuous Improvement: Suggest improvements to policies and procedures with the customer's and company’s best interests in mind.
**Qualifications:**
Required:
- High School Diploma Required, College Degree Strongly Preferred
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Team player who works well independently
- Excellent multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Preferred:
- College Degree
- 2 years of experience in a call center customer service role; experience in the medical field is a plus
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
- ERP System experience, especially Netsuite
- Leadership experience
- Familiarity with breast pump products
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
