Due to continued growth, we are looking for a HVAC Service Technician with 2+ years experience. This individual must have knowledge in boilers, furnaces, air conditioning units (up to 5 tons), controls, and heat pumps. We are a company with high standards and are committed to hiring and retaining high quality professionals.

Hours & Working Conditions:
- Average 40+ hours per week
- Overtime/weekend work as required
- May work outside, in crawlspaces, and attics
- Some lifting and physical exertion required
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform planned service on HVAC equipment
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC equipment
- Install parts in HVAC equipment
- Complete paperwork/computer work required by management and record hours and all materials used
- Collect payment for work performed if applicable
- Return unused material and inventory
- Keep assigned vehicle organized and clean
- Track vehicle maintenance and alert management when maintenance is necessary
- Contact the supervisor following the completion of each job, providing requested information regarding the work completed
- Identify and suggest opportunities for quality and cost improvements
- Other duties as needed
Job Requirements:
- EPA certified
- 2 or more years of experience as a HVAC/R service technician
- Ability to follow controls/wiring schematic
- Knowledge with standard technician tools
- Valid driver s license
- Clean driving and criminal records as required by state laws for home service companies and by company insurance carrier(s)
- Neat, clean, professional appearance
