The Inside Sales Representative will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objective by promoting sales to our customer/Dealer network. The ultimate goal of this role is to develop, maintain, and advance accounts by regularly contacting customers. The ideal candidate is comfortable making a high volume of calls per day, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales.
Hours are Monday-Friday 7:00am-4:00pm, no Saturdays.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Strategically engage customers, through phone, video, and or digital correspondence.
- Analyze business intelligence data to identify potential sales and margin growth opportunities.
- Achieve quarterly sales quotas by growing sales and margin with assigned accounts.
- Develop business relationships with various influencers to identify potential opportunities.
- Work in a team selling environment to collaborate for best practices, sales, and processes engagement.
- Leverage partnerships with various internal partners to drive growth and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Work with Territory Managers to on-board and ramp new accounts.
- Use Professional Selling Skills (PSS) to identify customer needs, proposal & pricing.
- Proven negotiating skills with solid financial acumen to maximize profits.
- Execute solid problem solving and strong business decision making confidence with sense of urgency.
- Prospect and maintain customer database in CRM with sales notes, adherent to company procedures.
- Drive customer engagement through both proactive and reactive customer engagements.
- Assist accounts with pricing, marketing programs and technical support.
- Consistently meet and exceed KPI goals and daily metrics.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our client-focused solutions.
- Attend product and sales training meetings as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Proven Sales Experience with track record of over-achieving quota.
- Strong phone presence, listening and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage a high volume of calls per day.
- Demonstrated computer skills and adaptability to new technology.
- Strong organization and time management skills.
- Solution oriented, self-starter and results oriented.
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
- Ability to meet assigned goals and objective in designated time frames.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of HVAC terminology and HVAC product knowledge is a plus, but not required.
- Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM a plus.
