Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial properties.
Responsibilities:
- Designing, installing, and maintaining HVAC systems
- Conducting regular inspections of systems to ensure functionality
- Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently
- Troubleshooting and repairing HVAC equipment
- Operating tools such as ohmmeters, refrigeration gauges, welding equipment, and vacuum pumps
- Providing excellent customer service while on-site
Skills:
- Proficiency in HVAC systems installation, maintenance, and repair
- Knowledge of appliance repair techniques
- Experience in property maintenance
- Ability to operate tools like ohmmeters and welding equipment
- Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues effectively
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with boiler systems
- Valid driver's license for van driving duties
