As a Team Supervisor, you'll oversee the training and quality of work performed by service technicians on residential air conditioning, heating, and ventilation equipment. Will also be expected to resolve most problems with customers exercising discretionary judgement and analysis.

What You'll Do:
- Coordinates activities of service technicians and apprentices so that operational efficiency, productivity, and economy are realized for labor, materials, and equipment.
- Maintain the operational effectiveness and profitability of the Service department within their team with the assistance of the Management (GM/Operations Manager).
- Grow and develop their service team both in number and skill, with the assistance of the Management (GM/Operations Manager).
- Develop the technical and communication abilities of their service team with and without the assistance of the Management (GM/Operations Manager).
- Ability to diagnose equipment malfunctions and prescribe repair procedures.
- Ability to train and supervise others.
- Coordinate with the other HVAC departments regarding regularly occurring or preventable repairs.
- Available to work as on-call supervisor and field support upon a rotation with their team.
- Available to assist service technicians upon after-hours begins.
- Perform daily evaluations of staff by visiting job sites.
- Resolve complaints and grievances within the work force.
- Perform standard truck inventory and safety inspections.
- Provide technical assistance to mechanics when requested.
- Recommends people to be hired, disciplined, discharged, or promoted.
- Inspect work in progress to ensure that the quality of work adheres to company and safety standards.
- Responsible for maintaining a safe workplace and ensuring that safety is the highest priority in the workplace.
- Responsible for special projects as requested by management and other duties/ responsibilities as assigned to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.
- Ensure compliance with all Del-Air policies and procedures.
What You'll Bring:
- Computer literate with adequate knowledge of MS Office Suite – Word, Excel, PowerPoint; working knowledge of basic office equipment.
- Be experienced with low & high voltage wiring.
- Prior experience of managing employees preferred.
- Must maintain a valid driver’s license and be able to meet company’s auto insurance guidelines to operate a company-owned vehicle.
- Must have EPA Certification
- Eligible to legally work in the United States.
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to speak Spanish, a plus.
- Successfully complete a background check and drug screen.
