Required Experience:
Windows sales experience is important, however it is not mandatory. Having significant sales experience in similar field will also count. If you can demonstrate that you have the drive, persistence, self confidence, great communication skills, and are great at problem-solving, you could be a great fit without floor sales experience. You may just have to sell yourself.
Job Description:
Help customers through the windows and doors selection process. (We carry a number of brands like Sierra Pacific, JeldWen, Alpine, and a number of Euroapean Brands)
- Conduct outside sales initiatives, including visiting construction sites, engaging with builders and contractors, and networking to generate new business.
-Drive sales through engagement with customers in the showroom, understanding their needs, and recommending appropriate products and services.
- Offer in-depth knowledge of our product range to guide clients in their selection of windows and doors that best suit their specific requirements and budget.
- Create detailed and accurate project estimates and pursue the client through answering questions and objections.
- Utilize our CRM and lead management software system to track interactions, schedule follow-ups, and report on sales targets.
- Collaborate with operations manager who will arrange installation schedules, deliveries and project management.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and yearly sales targets, as set by management.
- Buy into our company’s standard operating process and implement the sales strategy that you will help build together with the rest of the team
- Working directly with business owner you will have the opportunity to learn the ins-and-outs of operating a small business (this is priceless, perhaps more valuable than the compensation long term)

- Demonstrate a high level of professionalism and excellent interpersonal skills to create a positive first impression of our company.
- Be proactive in identifying new business opportunities and acting on them to drive revenue growth.
- Provide exceptional follow-up with clients to ensure their needs are met and to foster customer loyalty.
- Remain knowledgeable about the home improvement industry, specifically relating to windows and doors, to anticipate clients' needs and trends in the market.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the home improvement, window, or construction industry.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Flexibility to travel for outside sales activities.
- Exceptional customer service skills and a positive, can-do attitude.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
