- Maintain a safety-first culture
- Supervise and implement the preventative maintenance program
- Schedule preventative maintenance with minimum disruption of building services and all expenses related to site projects
- Perform and/or delegate preventative maintenance tasks to the appropriately qualified maintenance staff member
- Maintain existing and install new equipment
- Provide formal supervision and training to individual employees within a single functional or operational area
- Provide hands on training and supervision aimed at expanding the capabilities of the operations staff
- Recommend and estimate facilities repairs and improvements for budgetary consideration
- Cultivate positive working relationships with Reliability Maintenance & Engineering business partners and Operations Maintenance team members

Pay: $130,000.00 per year
