Superintendent’s Responsibilities
· Go thru appropriate training provided or organized by LIAS MECHANICAL, INC
· Supervise and oversee all LIAS MECHANICAL Projects (ref line + start up+ service) aspects.
· Close Coordination with Foreman’s and PM on sites.
· Grow this department with an appropriate workforce and develop qualified personnel.
· Responsible for training/mentoring new employees.
- Shall conduct work in a courteous, professional, and expeditious manner to reflect well on LIAS MECHANICAL, INC.
- Shall not bind or obligate LIAS MECHANICAL INC. to any liability unless specifically authorized in writing to do so by LIAS MECHANICAL INC.
- Shall have current clean driving license
· Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans
· Produce schedules and monitor attendance of crew
· Allocate general and daily responsibilities
· Supervise and train workers and tradespeople
· Ensure workforce and resources are adequate
· Guarantee all safety precautions and quality standards are met
· Supervise the use of machinery and equipment
· Monitor material expenditure and ensure it remains within project scope
· Resolve problems when they arise
· Report on progress to managers, etc.
· Complete employee/subordinate evaluations as required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45.00 - $65.00 per hour
