WE ARE HIRING
We are an established and up and coming HVAC company located in San Leandro looking for hard working, detail-oriented HVAC Technicians to help us install, maintain and repair heating/cooling systems in commercial & residential applications. The ideal candidate will have experience working with ductwork, diagnosing HVAC issues, knowledge of sheet metal, and repairing and installing systems in a variety of applications.
We are hiring multiple levels of positions ranging from entry level to seasoned and experienced installers. The majority of the work is currently commercial installations and maintenance.
QUALIFICATIONS: HVAC Entry & Experienced Technicians Needed
Must have reliable transportation and tools
Basic understanding of mechanical systems
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work well in a team environment
Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Responsibilities:
Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial HVAC systems
Learn to diagnose and troubleshoot system issues.
Collaborate with senior technicians to ensure projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
