Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. As an HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for the repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and coaching the service department. Your role will require a combination of technical expertise and customer service skills to ensure the highest level of service to our clients.
Duties:
- Train technicians on repair of various HVAC systems, including air conditioning units and furnaces, .
- Conduct routine checks on HVAC systems to identify potential issues.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with HVAC systems and perform repairs as needed.
- Design and install HVAC systems according to the client's specifications and needs.
- Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and addressing concerns about HVAC systems.
- Ensure that all work is performed in compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
- Keep accurate records of all work performed, including maintenance and repair tasks and callbacks of service technicians.
- Collaborate with other technicians and supervisors to ensure seamless operations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and new technologies in HVAC systems.

Qualifications:
- A strong background in HVAC technology, with a focus on appliance repair and design.
- A valid HVAC technician license or certification.
- Proven experience in the HVAC industry, with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience.
- In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, including schematics and air conditioning systems.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Physical stamina to lift and move heavy equipment and tools.
- Familiarity with property maintenance practices and procedures.
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- A commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
