Essential Functions:
- Lead and Inspire: Manage a regional sales team, selecting, onboarding, and developing top talent, driving results and expanding ABM's client base.
- Strategic Planning: Develop, establish, and execute sales plans and targets for short- and long-term objectives in your assigned region.
- Market Insight: Keep the team informed about competitive services, sales techniques, pricing, and marketing policies, ensuring a competitive edge.
- Drive Results: Analyze account profitability, identify sales techniques, advertising, and market penetration strategies for sales representatives.
- Value Proposition: Craft compelling value propositions, gather and format data for RFP responses, and support contract negotiations to secure new business.
- Forecast and Analytics: Utilize your high business acumen to forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals based on regional market trends and key performance indicators.
- Guidance and Support: Provide ongoing support and guidance to local sales teams, enhancing their lead generation, sales conversion, and professional selling skills.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong client relationships through engaging presentations and participation in client meetings and events.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience: At least 7 years of experience in commercial HVAC sales, experience with maintenance service agreements, management of sales staff, and a track record of exceeding sales goals.
- Leadership: Proven ability to effectively lead a high-performance team while managing multiple tasks and deadlines at a strategic level.
- Passion for Success: A passion for serving others and helping them succeed, motivating your team to achieve outstanding results.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in measuring and analyzing KPIs and ROI to make data-driven decisions.
- Tech Savvy: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Salesforce or similar CRM, with the ability to quickly learn relevant technologies.
- Communication : Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present effectively to clients.
- Client-Centric: A background in B2B, outsourcing, and service sales, with a focus on the Commercial Real Estate industry, is highly preferred.
