HVAC Installer
Fast Growing, locally owned HVAC company looking for an Awesome HVAC Installer that wants to be part our team! We are a company that actually cares about you having a life outside of work! We are looking for a lead installer who is ready to do things right and be appreciated for it! We require honesty, integrity, dependability, and a sense of humor doesn’t hurt : )
((PLEASE NOTE: our service area is primarily the Northern VA, metro area. We do also service Loudoun County, PW County, Fauquier County, some DC and some MD.))

Office hours 8:00am-4:30pm Monday - Friday
HVAC Install Tech Required skills:
Installation of typical residential HVAC equipment, including: furnace, condenser, heat pump, air handler, ductless mini splits, dual fuel systems, and zoning systems, water heaters
Required:
-You must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
-You must be able to pass a drug test and/or criminal background check
-You must have 5+ years hands on residential install AND service experience
-You must be able to replace a water heater and troubleshoot any issues
-EPA Certification
-You must be able to lift heavy equipment, crawl in tight spaces, and use up to a 20 ft. ladder safely
-You must understand that smart phones, tablets, computer software and email is how the world works and that you will be required to use technology daily without complaining about it
-You must understand and accept that this company takes the word Team very seriously and you will be required to have a positive attitude. Negativity solves nothing and is Not Welcome
