HVAC Service Technician
Immediate opening for a HVAC maintenance mechanic to service our
Dillard’s stores in the Cleveland and Northern Ohio Area . Candidate must be
organized and personable, professional, and comfortable interacting
with associates and management in a department store atmosphere.
Requirements and a proven background in operation and servicing of the
following:
HVAC Service Technician Engineer servicing Dillard's stores. Mon ~ Fri , Full time.
- RTU Maintenance and Repair
- Chillers & Pump Maintenance and Repair
- AHU Maintenance and Repair
- Compressor Replacements
- Universal Refrigerant Certification Required
- Electrical repairs and maintenance
- HVAC preventative maintenance
- Basic Facilities Maintenance Responsibilities
- Company supplies all tools and uniforms

Maintenance position pay is based on experience.
Candidate must have reliable transportation, and a valid drivers license.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
