Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated New Home Sales Consultant to join our team. As a New Home Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting potential buyers in finding and purchasing their dream homes.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct tours of model homes and available properties
- Provide information on features, financing options, and community benefits
- Collaborate with our leadership team to develop new home sales strategies
- Assist clients in selecting the right home design and upgrades
- Negotiate prices and terms of sales
- Maintain relationships with clients throughout the sales process
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and real estate laws
-Five-day work week, with Saturdays and Sundays in-office.
Skills:
- Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and real estate administrative processes
- Strong customer service and organizational skills
- Understanding of real estate sales techniques
- Ability to market properties effectively and negotiate sales
