Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled Commercial Lead HVAC Installer to contribute to our team's success by installing, maintaining, and repairing commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, a commitment to safety, and a passion for delivering top-notch service to our clients.
Responsibilities:
1. Install, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC systems, including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units.
2. Collaborate with the project management team to ensure timely and efficient completion of installations.
3. Conduct preventative maintenance to optimize system performance and prevent breakdowns.
4. Diagnose and resolve issues with HVAC equipment, controls, and components.
5. Adhere to safety protocols and industry regulations throughout all stages of installation.
6. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Need to speak, read and write in English
- At least 3 years of experience in Commercial installation
- Should be able to read and understand blueprints
- Have proper tools
- Installation of different type split systems
- Installation of roof top package units
- Installation of ductless split systems
- Basic thermostat wiring, programing and start up
- Copper welding and flare nut skill
- Able to flush copper lines, vacuum and add refrigerant
- Duct work including flexible, sheet metal and spiral
- Installation of fire dampers, smoke fire dampers, duct smoke detectors
- Drain piping, gas piping and Flue vents including sheet metal double wall and PVC
- Able to order to sheet metal shop and coordination with warehouse
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
