The electrical installer is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems that control the air quality and temperature in both residential and commercial buildings. This role requires a thorough understanding of electrical systems and HVAC systems, as well as strong problem-solving and customer service skills.

Responsibilities:
- Perform electrical wiring for HVAC systems, ensuring compliance with local electrical codes and standards.
- Install electrical components and wiring according to the manufacturer’s specifications and local codes.
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC systems.
- Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure efficient operation.
- Repair or replace defective equipment, components, or wiring in HVAC systems.
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain the operation and maintenance of installed HVAC systems.
- Provide recommendations for improving system efficiency and performance.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in HVAC installation and repair.
- Proven experience in electrical wiring and troubleshooting.
- Strong understanding of HVAC and electrical systems.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- Proficiency with hand and power tools used in the HVAC trade.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and parts. (75LBS)
- Comfortable working in confined spaces and at heights.
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions.
PAY TRANSPARENCY:
The starting hourly rate for this opportunity ranges from $22-$35 hr. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. Other rewards may include incentive plan opportunities and annual bonus eligibility.
