Nu-Pipe is seeking skilled Foremen/Superintendents to oversee operations alongside our experienced Project Managers and Crew Leaders.
The ideal candidate will be crucial in ensuring our crews work efficiently, safely, and professionally.
Qualifications:
- Experience in Trenchless Pipe Rehab, especially CIPP, is preferred
- Experience as a Lead Foreman or a Superintendent at any level is REQUIRED
- Proficient in Gmail and Microsoft Office
- Ability to read and understand plans and contracts
- Driver's License (preferably CDL) with a clean driving record
- Confident reader and writer
- Fluent communication skills with the crew and customers
- Thorough documentation skills
- Comfortable working in confined spaces and water
- Ability to plan, prepare, schedule, and coordinate tasks efficiently
- Confident in following SOPs
Daily Tasks:
- Daily reporting, including hours, material/equipment usage, existing/finished conditions, and billable quantities
- Project-specific documentation management
- Inventory tracking
- Ordering rental equipment
- Planning, coordinating, and managing subcontractors
- Communication with the Project Manager regarding material/tool/equipment orders
- Ensuring all necessary materials are available before starting a job
- Setting up and managing traffic control for each job
- Assisting new hires with onboarding
- Planning for the next day/week/job/work cycle
- Conducting preliminary site inspections with detailed measurements and photos
- Reading and understanding quotes, contracts, subcontracts, submittal packages, specifications, terms and conditions, and job notes
- Communicating effectively and guiding the crew
- Hauling equipment and payloads as necessary
- Scheduling subcontractors and deliveries
- Purchasing rental equipment, tools, expendables, and hotels
- Developing and nurturing relationships with customers

Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
