*Job Summary* The Supervisor will oversee and coordinate construction projects, ensuring that work is completed safely, on time, and within budget. *Duties* - Manage and supervise construction crew on-site - Interpret blueprints, schematics, and project specifications - Implement project schedules and ensure adherence to timelines - Monitor and maintain quality control measures - Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors - Utilize construction management software for project tracking - Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations - Read and interpret construction documents accurately *Requirements* - Proficiency in project scheduling tools such as Primavera - Knowledge of construction management principles and practices - Ability to read and understand blueprints - Experience with construction management software like Prolog - Familiarity with pipeline construction processes - Strong budgeting skills for project cost control - Competency in using Ohmmeters for electrical systems testing
