Position Overview: We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Lead Commercial HVAC Installer to join our team in Vancouver, WA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems, a passion for problem-solving, and a commitment to delivering top-notch service to our valued customers.

Responsibilities:
- Lead installation projects for residential HVAC systems, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
- Collaborate with the installation team to assign tasks, oversee work progress, and ensure efficient project completion.
- Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair heating, cooling, and ventilation systems.
- Interact with clients in a professional manner, addressing their questions and concerns, and providing solutions that meet their needs.
- Keep accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent for each project.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in HVAC installation and service.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Commercial HVAC Installer with a proven track record in installations.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and electrical circuits.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate a team effectively.
- Valid HVAC technician certification and relevant licenses as required by the state of Washington.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
