We are seeking a dedicated and highly organized HVAC Service Coordinator to join our team. The HVAC Service Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient scheduling and execution of HVAC service and repair tasks while maintaining exceptional customer relationships. Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Sales Representatives to ensure the smooth execution of HVAC projects.
- Collaborate with a fun and dynamic team to schedule and dispatch Technicians.
- Maintain strong customer relationships by delivering top-notch customer service and ensuring all service requirements are met.
- Contribute significantly to the company's financials by providing support in billing and collections.
- Manage customers' service and repair work orders comprehensively, including scheduling, tracking, material ordering, partner management, warranty management, close-out, and invoicing.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience in HVAC service coordination or a related role.
Strong understanding of HVAC systems and terminology.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Exceptional customer service and communication abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy.
Team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to collaborate.
Knowledge of HVAC industry software and tools is a plus.
