Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, with the ability to perform tune-ups, maintenance, and repairs. This role requires mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience in the field, ensuring that all HVAC systems operate efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities
- Service, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including mini splits, heat pumps, furnaces, a/c's and ducts.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC equipment to determine necessary repairs or replacements.
- Conduct routine inspections of HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their HVAC needs and solutions.
- Collaborate with other technicians and service personnel to complete projects efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including parts used and time spent on each job.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to HVAC systems.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HVAC Technician.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various HVAC systems.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Relevant certifications or licenses in HVAC technology are preferred but not mandatory.
