The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling incoming sales inquiries, cold calling and prospecting, processing sales contracts, start to finish sales cycle, and ensuring a seamless sales experience. This role requires fearless and excellent communication skills, a strong sales acumen, savvy negotiation skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. We work in real estate investment and are looking to add hard working and seasoned sales rep to our business development team. Our reps are expected to make cold and warm calls to prospective clients and pitch them our seamless and hassle free solutions. Skills Needed:
- Excellent Customer Service!
- Door to door sales experience is a plus.
- Proven inside sales experience
- Reliable self starters (Micromanagement is not allowed here)
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
- Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
- Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- BA/BS degree or equivalent preferred but not required
- Generate and submit sales reports to management
- Real Estate experience is a plus, but not mandatory. (willing to train the right candidate)
