Job Summary:
One Way Air is currently seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Installer to join our team. This individual will be responsible for performing installs of new Straight Cool and Heat Pump systems, installing Mini Splits, installing flexible duct work, new construction rough & trims, blown in insulation, duct cleanings and all other install related work. This postition requires a high-level of attention to detail and communication. We rotate on-call weekends for installs and typical installer work. This position will be partnered with a helper and take-home box truck.
Responsibilities:
- Install new heating and cooling systems including duct work, air purification systems, and whole home insulation
- Care for inventory and assigned work vehicle
