Plumber/Service Technician: Full-time

Job Responsibilities:
- Perform installations, repairs, and maintenance of plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties.
- Diagnose plumbing issues, troubleshoot problems, and provide to customer at least 3 effective solutions.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and within established timelines.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each job. Upload before, during and after photos of work and solutions sheets into Service Titan.
- Communicate with clients to explain the nature of the problem, proposed solutions, and associated costs.
- Promote company Home Protection Plans to all non-members.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in plumbing technology.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a plumber, with a minimum of 5 years in the field.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Physical ability to perform manual tasks and lift heavy equipment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations.
- Must have clean driving record.

Pay:
Commission based with earning potential from $75,000 - $150,000

Schedule:
- Monday through Friday and rotating on call shifts to cover Saturdays and potential Sundays in the future.
