This is an Unique OPPORTUNITY to lead our Service Department with the support of department supervisors, a field supervisor, a department dispatcher/CSR, and a collaborative team of inter-branch service managers.
We are expanding and reorganizing our fast-paced Service Department, and are seeking someone to lead our awesome team of service technicians at various stages in their development. The ideal candidate is a patient-multitasker, with excellent communication, organizational, and people skills, along with a strong technical background in HVAC service, repair, and maintenance.
This is NOT a sales position. It is a mentoring, coaching and technical management career that will require you to prioritize what’s most important, least important, and keep the department moving forward. Our customers depend on us to be honest, to provide quality products & services that they need or want, while not being greedy or pushy. Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
