3HAC is a small but rapidly growing family business! We are one of the few remaining family-owned companies in Tampa. We are looking for a Top Tier Commercial & Residential HVAC Installer. Must have 2 years or more experience as an HVAC installer.

- Good Driver’s License record (required for insurance )
- Team Player is a must

Responsibilities
- Install HVAC systems including refrigeration units, air conditioning units, and heating systems.
- Utilize construction skills to ensure proper installation and integration of HVAC systems within various structures.
- Interpret schematics and HVAC designs to effectively troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Utilize plumbing knowledge to connect and install piping for HVAC systems.
- Apply mechanical knowledge to diagnose and repair HVAC equipment efficiently.
- Assist in property maintenance tasks related to HVAC systems.
- Drive company van to transport equipment and materials to job sites.
- Utilize welding skills for fabrication and repair of HVAC components.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working on HVAC installations and repairs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
