e apartment and facilities Duties: · Devise and execute strategic sales plans to meet and surpass sales targets within the apartment complex market. · Identify, prospect, and engage new clients within the apartment and facility sector while nurturing and expanding relationships with existing customers. · Offer in-depth product knowledge, technical expertise, and support concerning HVAC systems and solutions for apartment complexes and facilities. · Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams to ensure the efficient delivery of products and resolve customer inquiries or concerns promptly and effectively. · Stay abreast of industry trends, market shifts, and competitor activities within the apartment and facility segment to capitalize on opportunities for business growth. · Create accurate sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for review by the management team. Experience: · Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or a relevant field (or equivalent work experience). · Demonstrated success in HVAC sales, particularly with a focus on the apartment complex and facilities market. · Strong understanding of HVAC systems, components, and their application in apartment and facility settings. · Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. · Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks efficiently. · Proficiency in CRM software At Johnstone Supply Central Texas, we value teamwork, innovation, and dedication.
