Job Description:
We are seeking a Master HVAC Technician who will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in both residential and commercial settings. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in HVAC systems, a strong work ethic, and the ability to lead and mentor a team of junior technicians.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues and perform necessary repairs.
- Conduct routine maintenance and inspections of HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other construction professionals to ensure HVAC systems are integrated seamlessly into construction projects.
- Provide technical guidance and training to junior HVAC technicians.
- Ensure all work is performed in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and safety standards.
- Keep accurate records of work performed, including maintenance logs, repair records, and service reports.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in HVAC systems.
Qualifications:
- MUST BE MASTER in MD -Certified Master HVAC Technician with a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Master HVACH Technician
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair of various HVAC equipment.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a team.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work in various environmental conditions, including confined spaces and heights.
- EPA certification and other relevant Master HVAC certifications required

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $37.00 - $58.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
