Would you be open to exploring an opportunity if it was a clear career move compared to what you are doing today?
A message from Travis Crawford…
WHY:
My original “why” has always been to create a better experience for the customer. Customer service should be at the forefront of every decision that is made in a home service business and unfortunately most companies do just the opposite. I remember when I was much younger and would often leave customers homes and say “I can create a way better experience than this”. Finally after saying it so many times, my wife looked at me and said “Stop talking about it and do it then, if you truly know you can” Since then, the rest is history. As a company we still preach “serve the customer” daily and that simple task has helped me develop an unstoppable team that starts with Honesty and Integrity.
My “Today WHY” is to help change employee lives. I live for the moments of taking an employee from point A to point B. I love when after hard work and dedication they can pursue their dreams. Anything from: first home purchase, new truck, marriage proposal, move from helper to a lead role, switch from service to sales or install to service… All of these things are amazing to watch and help with. Most people view people from the trades as “lesser than” or “not educated” when in fact I believe them to be just the opposite. We have built the platform for continuous education and career development which sets my employees apart from all of the others around town. I love to watch each and all of them grow and there is nothing more rewarding than to see someone advance in their career with the help of what I have built.
