The Role:

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused HVAC Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing HVAC systems in residential settings. Your ability to provide outstanding customer service and technical expertise will ensure that our customers receive the highest level of satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide a 5-star customer service experience on all service calls.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair in-home HVAC equipment.
Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal operation.
Communicate effectively with customers to explain issues and recommend solutions.
Maintain accurate records of all service calls, including diagnoses, repairs, and parts used.

Requirements:

Proven experience in commercial or residential HVAC.
Strong communication skills with a genuine desire to provide top-notch customer service.
Willingness to help others as needed and work efficiently within a team.
Ability to manage time, tasks, and paperwork efficiently.
Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
