Yellowlite is looking for an individual who is experienced in electrical installation, troubleshooting, customer service, and management.
Position Summary: The Solar Service Manager is a leadership position responsible for organizing, motivating, and leading the service team as well as safety, quality and efficiency responsibilities. This is a dynamic position that allows the individual to work in the field troubleshooting and training or at the desk managing the service department.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Essential Functions Statement(s):
● Manage, motivate, and mentor a variety of personnel involved in Field Service
● Manage customer service calls from customers
● Drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, customer service and productivity throughout Field Service
● Develop and manage weekly KPI’s for Field Service Team
● Ensure that every member of the team received the proper safety training and equipment applicable to their position.
● Maintain and develop weekly Field Service Calendars for department
● Set up and develop training programs for Field Service Team as needed or directed
● Implement and enforce quality control procedures to ensure the highest standards of service and safety
● Work to ensure we are delivering an excellent customer experience and escalate customer concerns as necessary
● Perform field inspections and ensure all inspections meet NEC codes and standards

● Knowledge of current Ohio building, fire, and electrical codes.
● Electrical and Structural knowledge

● 2+ years management experience

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
