We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Production/Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production, warehouse management, and logistics. This role requires a combination of hands-on experience, organizational skills, and the ability to lead a team effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Production: Oversee production operations, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to quality standards. Understanding of manufacturing best practices such as 5S, Preventive Maintenance, and Kaizen
- Warehouse Management: Organize and maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment.
- Inventory Control: Perform regular inventory counts, track stock levels, and manage transfer requests.
- Shipping and Receiving: Coordinate shipping and receiving activities, including forklift operations, customs documentation, and freight management.
- Team Leadership: Provide guidance, training, and support to production staff.
- Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and address any safety concerns promptly.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in production or warehouse management
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. at a time
- Forklift operator license is desirable
- Knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures, industry terminology, and customs regulations such as chargeable weight, LTL, FTL, NMFC, Freight Class, etc.
- Proficiency in relevant software applications (e.g., inventory management, shipping software)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: $58,000.00 - $67,000.00 per year
