The Role:
This position requires expertise in HVAC and working with ducting. As a journeyman, you'll be central to our operations – leading by example, overseeing commercial projects, and ensuring the highest quality of workmanship.
Your tasks will include:
- Diagnose and Fix problems

- 4 years’ experience in HVAC
- A capacity for leadership and a passion for developing a team.
- The ability to manage diverse commercial projects with a detail-oriented mindset.
- A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Success Criteria
- HVAC Installation, 5 years preferred
- Sheet Metal Work and Refrigeration preferred
- Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures.
- Perform work assignments both with a team and independently
- Install new HVAC systems in new build or renovation projects
- Professionally communication with co-workers, managers, and customers
- Use proper personal protective equipment
- Present a professional appearance and conduct
- Follow blueprints from other HVAC specialists or design your own systems
- Test and troubleshoot your installations after completion
- Complete system installs in accordance with state and local regulations
- Travel to job locations as scheduled
License/ Certification:
- Driver’s License (Required)
- EPA 608 Section Universal (Required)
- Must pass drug test and background
- OSHA 10 (Preferred)
- Refrigeration Card (Preferred)
- Class 5 Boiler (a plus)

Pay: $70,000 - $100,000 per year
Expected hours: 40 per week
